AI, three ways
I run most of my executive week on AI: the morning briefing that reads across my calendars and inbox before I open a tab, the knowledge base I can ask like a person, the board prep that finds the hole in my argument before the board does. I can show you a real CEO week actually run on AI, because it is mine. I help you put it to work at whatever depth you want, whether you lead a nonprofit, a business, a chamber, or just your own overloaded week.
Teach it
A lot of AI training is an overview. This one puts it to work on your team's actual jobs. Over half a day I show exactly how I run my week, we set the ground rules that make people comfortable saying yes, and then we build your team's version together on their real work: the donor thank-yous, the grant draft, the board update, the messy meeting notes. No jargon and no hype. The aim is that nobody leaves empty-handed.
Good for: leadership teams, nonprofits and associations, chambers and member groups, and any team that is curious about AI and quietly avoiding it.
Also offered as a shorter talk, or as a full day when the team is larger.

What your team walks out with

Every prompt ends the same way, with a person reading the draft and deciding whether it goes out. That rule does not move.
