For your organization
Help for your team, your board, and the leaders you're growing.
Two kinds of help. Getting your staff to use AI well on their real work, and working through the strategy, board and leadership questions that don't have an easy answer.
AI for your team
Your staff is using AI without a plan, and your board has started asking about it.
Who the AI work is for
Usually the person who has to decide what to do about AI.
Teach it: the AI Working Session
Half a day, and your team uses it Monday.
Your team brings its real work, like the donor thank-yous, the grant draft, the board update, and the meeting notes nobody wrote up. First they see how I run my own week on AI, using made-up data, so they can watch it work before they try anything. Then we agree on a few ground rules and everyone builds prompts on their own work.
Your team leaves with their own prompts, a one-page AI policy, rules for what never goes into AI, and one task each that's already faster. A person still reads every draft before it goes out.
The fee is agreed in writing before anything starts.
Ask about a working sessionWhat your team builds
A donor thank-you, drafted in a couple of minutes.
This is one of the twelve prompts from the free kit. In a session your team runs it on their own donors and keeps the versions that work.
The prompt is real and free, on page seven of the Starter Kit. The organization and the donor are invented.
Guide it
Ongoing help while your team learns.
We meet twice a month, and you can text or email me in between. You send me the messy parts of your week, and we figure out what to build and write the prompts together. This is the same kind of help I pay for myself. The goal is that your team doesn't need me after a few months.
Strategy, boards and leaders
For the decisions that don't have an easy answer.
I've been the CEO in these rooms for twelve years, and I still am.
A thinking partner
Someone to work the hard call through with.
The decision your board keeps circling, a personnel problem, or a strategy question you can't settle. We work it through until you know what you're going to do.
Board and staff retreats
A facilitator who has sat in the CEO chair.
Board retreats, leadership retreats and strategy sessions. Your group leaves with decisions made and next steps assigned.
Developing your leaders
Coaching for the leader you don't want to lose.
Three months of one-on-one coaching for a newly promoted or rising leader on your team, built on their strengths. Also available as a group program.

Free AI Starter Kit
Twelve prompts, a one-page policy, and a plan for your team's first thirty minutes.
About me
I'm Tara.
I've run a Mid-Atlantic foundation for twelve years and I run most of my week on AI I built myself. I completed AI Fluency for Nonprofits (Anthropic and GivingTuesday) and the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect program.
This work is separate from my day job, and it never involves my employer's funders, grantees, vendors, or partners.
