Clarity Compass Coaching, LLC, doing business as Tara Fitzpatrick-Navarro, respects the information you share through tarafitzpatricknavarro.com.
What is collected and how it is used. When you send a note through the contact form, download the AI Starter Kit, ask for the money workbook, buy the Money & Clarity Toolkit, take the Clarity Snapshot, or write to hello@tarafitzpatricknavarro.com, you share your email and the information needed to deliver what you signed up for. That information is used to deliver what you asked for, the emails that follow, and the coaching or consulting work itself. Information shared in coaching sessions is held in confidence, with the exceptions required by law, and I hold myself to the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation.
Who sees it. Your information is not sold or rented. Named service providers, each receiving only what it needs: Netlify hosts this site and receives contact-form submissions; MailerLite stores your email address and name if you request the AI Starter Kit or take the Clarity Snapshot, and sends the emails that follow; Stripe processes payment if you buy the Money & Clarity Toolkit, and I never see your card details; Typeform runs the Clarity Snapshot questionnaire. Every page also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site and no cookies are set by me.
How long it is kept. Contact-form notes are kept while the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards. Email subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Coaching records are kept for as long as the ICF standards and my insurer require, and then deleted.
Your choices. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. You can ask for your information to be corrected or deleted by writing to hello@tarafitzpatricknavarro.com.
Working with young people. Coaching and consulting clients are adults. Some speaking engagements are for schools, youth programs, or mother-daughter groups, and in those cases I work under the host organization's own safeguarding and supervision policy, never one to one with a minor, and I do not collect information from anyone under eighteen through this website.
