There is no calendar link on this site, on purpose. Write me a few sentences about your organization and what you are stuck on, and I will read it myself and come back to you with a couple of times that work. You get an answer from someone who has already thought about your problem, rather than an open slot with a stranger.
What happens next
I read every note myself, usually within a couple of days. If I am the right person, I reply with two times for a short call to understand the problem. If I am not, I will say so and point you somewhere better. Either way you get a real answer, and nothing is quoted before I understand the scope.
