Speaking
A working CEO with receipts.
Honest, practical talks on leadership, money, confidence, and AI, from someone who lives them. I lead a foundation, a capital project, and a household on the same ideas I bring to the stage. No jargon, no hype, and your audience leaves with something they can use that night.
Leadership
The Systems That Burn Out the People Who Care Most
Build a culture people can sustain, without the martyrdom. Twelve years of leading a foundation, and a Forbes column, on what actually creates performance people can keep up.
Perfect for: nonprofit and association leadership, workplace-culture conferences, women's leadership programs, HR/L&D and ERG audiences.
Money
Two Lists and Twenty Minutes
Money clarity for women who run everything. From debt to zero by getting clear, not by earning more. No shame, no thirty-tab spreadsheet, no investment advice.
Perfect for: women's groups and chapters, women's professional programs, financial-wellness events, and mom communities.
Confidence
You're Not Behind
Confidence built on evidence, for women in new and unfamiliar rooms. From a strengths coach who has felt it in every unfamiliar situation herself, and learned to move anyway.
Perfect for: women's leadership programs, emerging-leader cohorts, professional women's groups, and conferences.
AI
Your AI Chief of Staff: Getting 5 Hours a Week Back
Put AI to work on your real week, from a CEO who runs hers on it. No jargon, no hype, one thing you can use that night. Also offered as "The Confident Beginner's Guide to AI" and "AI in Our Homes."
Perfect for: leadership teams, associations and conferences, and mom or community networks new to AI.
What your audience leaves with
i
Something they can use that nightEvery talk ends with one concrete thing, not a stack of theory to file away and forget.
ii
Honesty over polishI speak from what I have actually done, including the parts that were slow or did not work, because that is what people trust.
iii
A talk shaped to the roomKeynote, breakout, or workshop, virtual or in person. I tailor the examples to your audience before I ever step up.
Who I am
I am Tara Fitzpatrick-Navarro. I lead a Mid-Atlantic foundation, I write for the Forbes Nonprofit Council, and I am a Gallup-certified strengths coach, ICF Level 2 trained, and a YNAB-certified financial coach. I run my own executive week on AI, and I walked my family out of six figures of debt. I speak on the things I live, and my side work runs on my own time and tools.
