AI, three ways
I run my entire executive week on AI: the morning briefing that reads across my calendars and inbox before I open a tab, the knowledge base I can ask like a person, the board prep that finds the hole in my argument before the board does. Almost nobody can show you a real CEO week actually run on AI. I can, and I help you put it to work at whatever depth you want, whether you lead a nonprofit, a small business, or just your own overloaded week.
Teach it
Most AI training teaches you about AI. This puts it to work on your team's actual jobs. In a talk or a hands-on session, I show exactly how I run my week, then we build your team's version together on their real work. No jargon, no hype, and everyone leaves with something they can use that night.
Good for: leadership teams, nonprofits and associations, and community or member groups new to AI.
Guide it
This is exactly the support I get from my own AI coach, and now offer to others. We meet twice a month, and I am on call by text and email in between. You send me the messy parts of your week, and I help you decide what to build and how, and write the prompts with you. You come out running your own work on AI, not dependent on me forever.
Good for: a leader or small team that wants to genuinely learn it, with a guide alongside them.
Build it
When you would rather just have it done, I build it. You send me the voice notes and the mess of how you actually work, and I hand back the systems and the prompts, set up and ready to run. It is the most hands-off option and the one almost no one else offers, because it takes someone who runs their own life this way to build yours.
Good for: a busy executive or founder who wants the result without the learning curve.
